When we develop MyAlarmClub we had three objectives;
We wanted to make “Back to base” or “Monitored” security more affordable.
And, we wanted to do it without locking our clients into unfair contracts with ridiculous penalties for early termination
We wanted to create a system that was as flexible as possible in as many ways as possible.

The MyAlarmCLUB System is available in both Hardwired and Wireless versions which means it can be installed quickly and with minimal disruption into almost any Home, Townhouse, Apartment or Unit. In premises were cabling equipment is an issue the MyAlarmCLUB wireless system can be installed.
Fully Monitored “Back to Base” (more)
The MyAlarmCLUB system is fully monitored “Back to Base” by our professional and efficient Monitoring Centre operators. The system is monitored for many different conditions including Test Signals, System Faults, Service Conditions, Power Failure and Low Batteries and of course Intruder Alarms.
Fully Serviced and Maintained (more)
This is the most important feature of MyAlarmCLUB . One of the most common reasons people discontinue the use or their home alarm system is that they can not afford to repair or replace faulty parts.
When you become a MyAlarmCLUB Member your system is fully Serviced and Maintained effectively guaranteeing you a life time warranty on Parts and Labour. This feature alone has the potential to save our Members Thousands of dollars in repair and maintenance costs. In affect once you join MyAlarmCLUB you will never pay to repair, replace or upgrade the system ever again – never.

How much is the equipment ?
The equipment and installation are part of your membership so you simply pay the small joining fee and the equipment will be installed into your home or business premises.
Why is it called a Club ?
We wanted people to identify with the fact that this conceptually is completely different to what other companies offer. This is not a subsidised purchased which has been engineered to attract you in and sign you up to lengthy contract. When you Join MyAlarmClub you can enjoy all of the benefits that membership offers for as long as you like.
What about service and repairs ?
Have you ever had to get a security system serviced or repaired, if you have you will like the answer to this question.
One of the most attractive features of MyAlarmClub is that effectively the equipment is covered by a lifetime parts and labour warranty, the same coverage as you would expect from a manufacturer. In fact, if the equipment becomes faulty and we can’t repair it then we replace it.
The monthly membership fee is a bit more than what I have paid for alarm monitoring in the past ?
Yes, but bear in mind that this is designed to be a comprehensive all in one solutions. the monthly membership fee is not just a monitoring fee it includes your GPRS communication cost as well as service, repairs and maintenance.
What if I move home?
Your MyAlarmCLUB system can move with you. Unfortunately relocating your system is not covered under service repairs or maintenance but for a very reasonable relocation fee you'll be back up and running in no time.
What happens if my system breaks down in 10 years time and you can't get replacement parts for it?
In the event that we can't repair your MyAlarmCLUB system then we replace it.
